Calls with us may be recorded for quality and compliance. You will hear a notice at the start of a recorded call.

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in the email, by replying "Unsubscribe," or by contacting us directly.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, rent, or trade your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may share limited information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We use MyMFG+ (CRM and text-messaging platform), HubSpot (CRM and email platform) and RingCentral (phone service) to manage client communications. These providers process data only on our behalf. You can review HubSpot's privacy policy at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
- Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text-messaging opt-in and consent will not be shared with any third party, except the service providers above that deliver messages for us.
- Insurance carriers: If you request a quote or begin an application, we may share necessary information with licensed insurance carriers to fulfill your request. We will tell you which carriers before doing so.
- Medicare inquiries: Information you send through our Medicare inquiry form is used only to respond to your Medicare request and is limited to the Medicare topics you selected. We do not share it with any other third-party marketing organization (TPMO) without your prior express written consent, and we do not use it to market other types of insurance to you unless you separately ask us to.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients or the public.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. These include:
